Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art developed by African slaves. Kicks, handstands, jumps, and footwork are combined to music. Jerod Wright "Santos", left, and Andre Newman ”Aranha” (Spider) practice their moves within the “Roda.” The "Roda" is the circle of people within which Capoeira is played.
