Tom Warne, consultant for the Marshall Foundation, looks onto University Boulevard from the balcony at Gentle Ben's Brewery. Warne says the purpose of the Marshall Foundation is to maintain successful businesses on University Boulevard and continue donating to the University of Arizona and the community.
